Main Requirements and Qualifications

1. * Education: Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
2. * Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering roles within the IC design or related industries.
3. * Technical skills: Knowledge of digital/analog IC design flow, standard/advanced packaging. Familiar with IC design flow and development procedures is essential.
4. * Leadership and communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate between cross-functional teams and external customers.
7. Salary range: $201,000 - $286,600 annually.
9. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
